Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item. Please note that items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Contact@vocabeauty.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific product, reach out to us at Contact@vocabeauty.com.

Exchanges
For faster processing, return the unwanted item once approved and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Right of Withdrawal (for EU Customers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. Notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending an email to Contact@vocabeauty.com. We will issue a full refund, including delivery costs (except for additional charges for premium delivery options), once we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

The following exceptions apply:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons once unsealed.
